Opening Statement Coaching

It helps them find truth and honesty in the moment. It’s where we find all the crucial points to make an impact on our audience. Without this process, the actor’s scope is limited, and powerful storytelling moments are lost.

Witness Preparation

We know what it’s like to be a witness. The stress, the nerves – it’s a mix that can muddle even the most compelling testimony. With the use of performance training, visualization, and narrative-building strategies, we can help your lay witness access the same techniques as an expert witness to authentically tell their story and stay on-message.

Our witness prep aligns seamlessly with your legal strategy. We work under your guidance and supervision to complement your approach and reinforce the strength of your case. Whether it’s for a deposition, direct, cross-examination or insurance interview, our work can include:

• Interview session — hearing your client’s story and finding additional valuable components and word choice you can use in opening or closing
• Direct simulation — we’ll play you, giving your client techniques to stay on message and support the work you’re doing to build their case
• Cross simulation — we’ll play the opposing counsel, simulating the demeanor and worst case scenario so your witness can practice strategies to stay calm and confident under the pressure
